Delete your Slime Stoppers data
Slime Stoppers has no sign-in. If online features were turned on, its online data is a random player id, a made-up name, scores and a copy of the game progress. Here is how to delete it.
Last updated October 2026
Option 1: in the app (fastest)
- Open Slime Stoppers and tap Ranks.
- Tap Account.
- Tap Delete my data and confirm.
The phone must be online. The data on our server is deleted straight away and online features are turned off on that phone. The campaign progress saved on the phone itself stays, so you can keep playing offline.
Option 2: by email (no app needed)
Email hello@61westlabs.co.uk with the subject “Delete my Slime Stoppers data” and include the player name shown in the game, for example “Brave Pelican 42” (at the top of the Ranks screen, or next to your score on the leaderboards). We have no email address or account to look you up by, so this is how we find the right player. We delete it within one month, usually much sooner, and reply to confirm.
What is deleted
- The random player id and install code
- The made-up player name
- All scores and leaderboard places
- The cloud save (copy of the game progress)
- The friend code and friends list
- Any unused transfer code
Purchase records (if anything was bought or the Shop was used)
Purchase records are kept separately from the online data, by our purchase service RevenueCat, so
bought extras aren’t lost when you delete your online data. They sit under a random
Purchase ID (like bf_ and 16 letters and numbers), not the player name.
To have them deleted, email hello@61westlabs.co.uk
with the Purchase ID shown in Settings → About → Purchase ID (tap Copy). We
ask RevenueCat to delete it and confirm within one month. After that we can’t help restore those
purchases. Apple and Google keep their own record of what was bought, under their own policies.
What is kept, and for how long
- Encrypted backups of our database are kept for 30 days, so deleted data is gone from them within 30 days.
- Purchase records at RevenueCat, unless you ask for them to be deleted as above.
- Server logs may still mention the random player id (never a name, IP address or progress) until they are overwritten.
If nothing is done, the online data is deleted automatically 24 months after the game last connected. See the full Slime Stoppers privacy notice.
