People records, an org chart, leave, documents, time and attendance, onboarding and an employee portal come as standard, and work from a phone browser as well as a desktop. Payroll is an add-on you switch on when you’re ready: pay runs, NIS and PAYE, payslips and bank files, built around local rules and live today for St Vincent and the Grenadines.
Payroll is live for St Vincent and the Grenadines. Other territories are added only once each one’s rates and rules are signed off, and your accountant should still confirm the figures. You can start with a free trial.

Time and attendance for office teams and field crews, with shift scheduling on the larger plans.
Hiring to performance
On the larger plans: hiring with a careers page and offers, performance reviews, training, surveys and recognition.
Insights when you need numbers
Today and Insights screens show what needs attention, and on the larger plans a report builder with scheduled reports covers the rest.
Payroll when you’re ready
Switch it on from Settings: pay runs, overtime and time off in lieu, NIS and PAYE, payslips staff can open in the portal, bank payment files and journal export. Choose HR only, or HR plus payroll, when you sign up.
Local rules, stated honestly
Payroll is verified and live for St Vincent and the Grenadines. We add a territory only after its rules are signed off, rather than guessing.
Handled with care
Role-based access, an audit log, two-factor sign-in, encryption of key personal fields and nightly backups, hosted in the UK.
