MixDispatch
Quote-to-invoice software for ready-mix concrete and materials suppliers.
Overview
MixDispatch takes a ready-mix concrete or materials order from first quote through to paid invoice. A quote built from the price list goes out with a public accept/decline link; accepting it creates the order, and invoices are raised straight from that order — in full, or in stages as the job runs. Every truckload gets its own delivery ticket, scheduled against the invoice and tracked from the yard to the drop. Built first for A&J ReadyMix in St Vincent and the Grenadines, and run day to day by 61 West Labs.
MixDispatch runs live today for its first customer, A&J ReadyMix, with the platform built to take on more ready-mix and materials suppliers next.
Who it’s for
For ready-mix concrete and materials suppliers who need quoting, invoicing, and truck-by-truck delivery tracking in one place — without spreadsheets and paper tickets.

Inside MixDispatch.
Quote to invoice, one thread
A quote built from the price list goes out with a public accept/decline link. Accepting it creates the order, and invoices are raised straight from that order — all at once, or in stages as the job runs.
A ticket for every truckload
Deliveries are scheduled against the invoice, one delivery note per load — mix design, truck and driver, batch and discharge times, and a signature — moving through Scheduled, Dispatched, and Delivered.
The whole day on one board
A dispatch board shows every scheduled, dispatched, and delivered load at a glance, so the yard always knows what’s going out next.
Runs on your terms
Volume in yd³ or m³, any currency, tax on or off with your own rate and registration number — set once and carried through every quote, order, and invoice.
Payments without the guesswork
Payments are logged straight against the invoice, matching how it already works in QuickBooks or Xero, with CSV exports whenever the books need them.
